Refunds for 2 Year Visa:

  • If you are eligible for a refund, please note that refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date we receive the returned application.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the visa application must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned application. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 working days.
  • Service charges are non-refundable, while visa fees are refundable.

Late or missing refunds:

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your visa application. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
